• Pet Amenities in the Multifamily Amenities Arms Race

Hi-MarkSilvaPhoto-City-Market-3246027133-OAmenities at multifamily properties have become like an arms race, creating a flight to quality for tenants (and a fight for yield for developers). Each new property continues to one-up the last property that came to market – and Aaron Weiner with Washington City Paper focuses on the newest changes to pet amenities in the DC metro area in his latest article. CityCenterDC has a dog agility course on its roof, but in my opinion City Market at O takes the cake for the newest and best pet amenities in the Capitol city.
